I think it is within the realm of possibility that you could get a program which is an "Atari Emulator" for your Compaq. You would open the emulator, and from within the emulator you would open the EZ-Score software and play the music. As the music plays, you should be able to record it with some typical recording software, set to use your system sound as the recording source instead of using something like a mic or line-in.
