I'm surprised that since you have won talent contests that your singing career hasn't taken off from there. I think that its time that you start planning to make your singing career successful. Since you are only 11 you will need a parent or legal guardian to sign any kind of paperwork for you.

If you don't have any idea where to start then I suggest you start locally. One of the things that you will have to concentrate on is getting yourself more known. Do you specialize in any specific genre of singing? Pop? Jazz? R&B?

You should be working right now to further your career. Since you have computer access this would be a very good place for you to start. You have to start building up a reputation and a following. So you should be using the resources that you have right now to get you to where you want to go.

There are so many people using the Internet right now to further along their singing career and you should be doing the exact same things!
