I am lost. I am interested in seting up my PC with
some electronic music creation stuff.

But I cant seem to get started.
An example of my problem I found A rebirth2 site
down load, but I need some plugins to run it.
I have no idea what those plud ins are so cant operate it
If someone could give me a list of sites
and what other stuff I need to get started I would be
eternally grateful.
