WAVES AUDIO TRACKS 2.5 is not for PC???

I want to buy AUDIO TRACKS 2.5 to WAVES, but they say
"sorry, it is not available for PC", however ,demo
version that I downloaded have an option to input a
number key like "11111ARTA1111" to convert it fully
functional.Why do they make that?
WHAT CAN I DO??
