MC-303 Volume Slides

I bought my MC-303 second hand, so I don't have any manuals (that's my apology for what is likely a RTFM question). Does anyone know how to do volume fades, in real-time or otherwise?

It would be nice for snare swells, and ambient/ trancy stuff. I also would like to do this using the MC-303, not panning and mixer tricks...
