Hi!

I need help to find a program which allows me making calculations with the (complex or maybe only with the amplitude) spectrums made from wave files.
I'd like to calculate the quotient of two (complex) spectrums made from various lenght (48 kHz sample frequency 16 bit) wave files.
Which shareware program makes possibile further calculations with spectrums of wave files?
