Sync settings on Cubase V2

Hi
I was wondering if anybody could give me an idea of what settings I should be using on Cubase V2 on the Atari for syncing up a Tascam reel-to-reel to Cubase? I'm using a Tascam Midiizer as the sync controller but can't seem to get the right settings on Cubase. Any ideas?

Also, does anybody have a copy of the instruction manual for V2? The guy I'm working with lost his manual when he moved to a new studio and he never got around to trying to get a copy.

All help greatly appreciated as Steinberg were no help at all!
