CD-to-CDR

I am using Adaptec to burn CDR's, but for "direct" CD-to-CD writing, i can only use 1x speed... (rather than the 4x write speed, which my CD-R is capable, e.g. for harddrive-to-CD writing).

Does anyone know a CDR program that copies CD-to-CD directly, reliably (no buffer underrun) and fast (at 4x write), with an option for choosing tracks??

[i have a PII 333MHz 64Mb computer].
