please help-Roland R70

Can someone please help me. I use a Roland R70 Human Rhythm Composer with Cubase VST Score and a Yamaha PSR730. Does anyone know how to turn the local control OFF on the Roland R70? This is causing quite abit of problems for me. Thanks in advance.
