Attaching MIDI instrument to new PC ???????

This is a really basic question.

What sort of lead do I need (what type of plugs should it have on its ends) to plug a Roland D-5 keyboard into a Dell Pentium III 500 PC?? I can't find the sort of MIDI imput plug-receivers I am used to. Where do I plug it in?
