Cubase v 4.0 help audio engine!

yeah, cubase error message not enough memory to run audio engine, then i change memeroy per channel in audio system settings, that does nothing- it's fuct cause cubase was running but when ever i used a plugin it froze, now that i've moved some files around it want even play the scroll bar thing.

what the fuck is up?
