to connect your MPC60 to pc you need a soundcard
with midi-support or a midi-expander like MOTU
midi-express pc. (www.motu.com)
as software you need a sequencer (isn't your mpc
also a sequencer?) like cubase or logic.
(www.steinberg.de, www.emagic.de)
or just look aroung here, there are lots of
freeware-progs.
to get samples onto your pc you also just need a
soundcard. I'd recommend the audiowerk 2 from
emagic. cheap and powerfull.
should be no problem to find a prog to record
samples.

any additional questions?

greets,
sniffa
