At some point in your signal path the midi audio signal has a line out that you can connect to an amp, mixer, etc. Connect that output to the line in of you card and record the midi signal as a wave file. You'll need some sort of software app which will allow the playback of midi and the recording of audio at the same time (i.e. Cakewalk). I'm assuming your card has an internal mixer inboard. Check the documentation for your card on routing the signal.
