In Reply to: What media shoud I use for music mixes? CD-R or CD-RW posted by ftaok on November 28, 1999 at 15:53:00: : Hi, : Can anyone advise me on what type of media I should use for my music files. I've put a bunch of songs from my cd collection to mp3 format, and my brother just got a CD-RW on his new computer. Now I want to be able to put my mp3's on disk so that I can play them on my home stereo and in my car. I've tried by converting some mp3's to wav files and then burning them onto a CD-RW. However, when I tried to play it on my car stereo, it gave me a cd-error. Same on my home stereo. The funny thing is that the disc works on a dvd player and on a dvd-rom. Is my problem the cd-rw disk or something that I'm doing. BTW, I'm using Adaptec Easy CD Creator. : Sorry for the long message. Thanks. : ftaok Hi Ciao
