In Reply to: A few mor questions for Lenny... posted by Bill on December 30, 1999 at 09:01:53: : What software do you use to record from the record albums? I am using my Mac for this so there may be some limitations but I would still like to know. : The mac built in sound is 16 bit, two channel and seems to work pretty good for input. I connect the turntable to a pre-amp, and then directly to the Mic input. I have been try to use Ultra Recorder which is shareware. It woorks OK but is limited with regard to things like gain control. : I still need to get the CD-R drive to try and burn an audio CD, but don't want to go to the expense until I know I can do what I want to. : What software do you use to create the CD? I have heard that Toast is a good option.
