I also have a Mac and have recently bought a Studio 3 midi interface (6 midi out ports). I want to be able to use both platforms (not concurrently) for my sequencing (as I have many comps uncompleted on the Atari). Therefore I want to be able to switch the midi port routing from either platform. What is the best way to do this? I have an Roland A-880 midi patchbay, but am quite confused (bad manual) as to whether i can route any of the 8 inputs to any of the 8 outputs simultaneously or only sequentially (via program change patches).
