: I use a PC and I have a program called acid wav, but i dont know how to do a sample rate conversion on a wav file. I want to record wav to CD for playback on CD player but they are 22 khz and need to be 44 khz... can i do this in acid wav or sound recorder and if not is there a PC program that will do this?
Yes - you need to re-sample to a 16 bit 44.1 Khz .wav The best program for this which you can download for Alf.
