Connection from laptop to music keyboard

I have a laptop so it has not joystick port , it has only serial port.

So, is it possible to connect the laptop to the music keyboard through the serial port of the laptop?

I mean could I do this whitout a card sound?

If so, please tell me the cable ´s name.

AND

Send me the configuration to make one.

What you need is a Serial Midi Port. You don't need a sound card to connect a Midi port to your computer. Do you have a Macintosh or PC compatible?? You then connect the computer to a keyboard with a Midi cable...
