Unfortunately there only seemed to be commercial offerings. As for Freeware plugin reverbs - forget it. They simply don't exist. So I recently decided to write my own high-quality reverb. It didn't take long to write the code. As a Sound Engineer the thing that took the time was "tuning" it to create the best sounding reverb possible, with silky-smooth reverb tails. The aim of "Freeverb" (as it's called) is to provide PC users with studio-quality silky smooth reverb - FOR FREE. It is already getting extremely positive feedback on discussion forums and through emails to me (and it's only been available for since 22nd April!). Anyway - if you get the time, please feel free to try Freeverb for yourself at: http://www.dreampoint.co.uk It's a studio-quality Digital Reverb that costs nothing! If you like it, then please pass on the recommendation. High-quality reverb is essential for modern music production and it seems wrong to me that some people are denied it simply through budget limitations, when their existing equipment is more than capable of providing it.
