I am making a first attempt at setting up a small, basic recording studio. It has been suggested that I pick up Cubasis for my laptop computer, a small mixer with good mic preamps and two good recording mic's. While I won't be able to record multiple tracks (which I don't need at this point), this appears to be a relatively cheap and easy way to record some basic stuff. Any comments on this setup and particulary on whether Cubasis is a good choice of music software?
