The thing with MIDI is that it is very device/brand specific but if your synth is slightly Roland compatible (a lot of 'em are) it is done using continuous controller #00. Simple example: if you want to access bank 01 instead of the standard 00 (GM) bank you should go to the cakewalk event-list and add a controller event. Something like this: controller: 00 value: 01 If this doesn't work then check your synth's manual and look for the words "bank change". It should mention a controller number and a value.
