how to use autotune in cubase

I have a problem with using the antaris autotune directx plugin for pc in my cubase VST 24.I simply don't know how to activate it and how to apply the affect on an audiowave.Most probably it's just a matter of clicking on the the right buttons.But I just
don't which ones.Can someone help me?

i don't know how to apply it either.
i know it has to be set up as a send effect which works but when i press play i can't hear it working - i guess i'm not tweaking the right mixer /send buttons :( please help.
