Please help me! I have installed in my PC a PlexWriter 12/10/32A, TLA 1.08 for CDG backup. But my Toshiba 16x40 CD/DVD ROM doesn't support reading subchannel data. I need to kmow if I can or should replace the Toshiba for a drive that does read subchannel data. Does such an animal exist? My reason for wanting it, is so that I can burn disc to disc. I've been told that it's a software issue, and that with the right software my Toshiba will do the job. I downloaded Clonecd's demo and successfully cloned a CDG, But it took 50 minutes to read it, and another 50 to write it. I know that the speed shouldn't exceed 4x for this format, but I really would like to clone disc to disc. Please tell me what the best setup would be. Not many people seem to be familiar with the Karaoke disc duping process. I have downloaded the DiscDupe 2000 from my Plextor software, as the manual said that's what's needed for CDG's, but that it won't do Image-to-disc, it must be CD-to-CD. I'm really lost, new to computers, and jazzed to get going. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Follow Ups:
