Anybody know if there's a 'C-Lab Notator' for PC?

Please, please help me!!
I'm a composer who has not worked with MIDI since about 1992!.... Back then I had an Atari 1040 ST running C-Lab Notator (alpha). It was brilliant and I have fond memories. I now have a high-end PC and have spent the last 5 years learning and using Cubase VST. Recently I have wanted to rework a batch of MIDI compositions created with Notator - so I have bought Logic Audio Platinum in the hope that I will find it easy to pick up where I left off..... Oh my God! my brain is seizing up!.. I can't understand it all - I want my arrange page back! I can't even import my old Notator files - (well I can, but they come out all jumbled up and I'm going nuts and wasting too many hours unpicking all the parts from one another... aaarrrgghhh!)
What I want to know is... Has anybody made an emulation of the old Notator software that will run on the PC platform? This would make an old man verrrry happy!
please, please help me!!....

Did you ever find a way to run Notator on a PC? Like you, I'd love to have that functionality back. Why oh why didn;t anyone pick-up on the arrangement window concept? I'd appreciate any help
