Does it sample or are you using the Sequencer to record the notes themselves.... : I have my Korg N364 music workstation midi in connected to my Alesis SR 16 drum machine out.The keyboard has a 16 track midi seqencer, multi effects processor etc. I do not as of yet have a real amp, so I am using an old stereo rec out and the main Aux line on the drum machine for my power/sound source. When I real-time record Midi channel 10, I get hear the drums that I want played being played, but when I playback I can only us the drum combos that are on my N364. How do I keep the drum machines drum sound the same for playback as it does record? So yes in a sense it does sample or record my drum/rythm pattern, but playback is not same sounds. Do I need to try and record drums off my keyboard and try to macth them with pitch bend?
