Am I the only one to notice that commerial studio CDs are burned at volume levels that are all over the map. All I want to do is correct the worst offenders in my CD collection, so that when I put my 100 CD player on random I won't have to keep worrying about ajusting the volume up and down. What program should I run the CDs through before reburning? At what point is the releveling done: during ripping? As a AIFF or MP3 file? Or during the Toasting process? Is there a good target setting? Thanks!
