I use FL Studio 5. I have a friend who uses FL Studio 6, and when I asked her what's the difference between 5 & 6, she told me there really wasn't much of a difference except for the ability to edit video in version 6.
I also asked her about version 7. She told me she hasn't upgraded to version 7 and wasn't planning on upgrading to it. Her partner upgraded to version 7 and he said if you have version 5 or 6, it's okay to just stick with them because version 7 is not much of a difference at all. But he told me that it's best to NOT have a version of FL that is lower than version 5. Version 5 should be the minimum.
So basically, since you have an older version of FL, then it's best to just stick with it according to what I've heard. Upgrading won't achieve much more. |
