I am looking for free software that alows me to record my own sounds, then lets me edit(pitch, speed, reverse, effects) and combine(cut, loop, mix, label) them into a song. I make my own sounds and have a synthisyser, and Ive toyed with a roxio program but its very un-user friendly and it overloads the ram for dumb reasons. I would look for one myself but the list is huge and i was wondering if anybody who has used something similar, could suggest a program that is good and is freeware, or if anything like this even exists. if its complex thats ok too. i use windows xp.

I suggest that you download the free program, Audacity and see if it has
anything you like. It has tons of capabilities. and plugins.
