Hi everyone,
This is my first post on this site. I have had a mac for a few years and as you can see from my name dont really know how to use it. I have gotten a pc but still need to do a file transfer from my mac to my pc.
I should explain that best buy had both of my computers for over 5 days trying to figure out how to do the transfer. They were able to transfer everything but any of the pictures that I only had on the mac(never been on a pc) show up as empty files. It says that they are there but that the file is empty.
I was reading another thread in this forum saying to use a LAN cable. I am going to get one today but I am unsure if that will solve the empty file problem. HELP!
