Unable to download ANY software

When I select any sofware it ask me for the best location to download is and it is useally USA, so I click to download. It takes me to the page with the button that says click here ONLY if it doesn't download. And it never does, so I click on the button and it just takes me make to the location selection "USA" and nothing ever happens it just repeats. Its so annoying. g1_618@yahoo.com

Although this is rare, there can be a few causes for this, however I will need more information to work out exactly what is going wrong.

Here are some things you can try in the meantime:
- make sure you are not using any download helpers like DAP, we don't allow them on this site
- make sure you are using a HTML 4.0 compliant browser like FireFox or Explorer
- if you have a slow network you may need to wait up to a minute for the download to start

Please post a reply with a link to a download that you are having this problem with, tell me what browser software you are using, then tell me what happens step by step with each click, and tell me any error messages you see - once I have this information I should be able to help you.
