I'd like to know if there is any software that can lift the voice off a music CD leaving the rest of the tune in tact.
I've had a look at all sorts of stuff, but as I don't really know the technical lingo my head is thrashed with it all.
Want to then put the tune into soundforge and mess about with it from that point onwards.
Can anyone help - please say yes!!!! |

| There are some tricks that can make the result sound better (filtering lower frequencies), but if you need something sounding good you hate either to record it yourself or to use MIDI. With a decend soundcard or software synth you will get really good results. |
