Hey Melissa 
Thanks so much for the information you put up it was realy helpfull..
I was just woundering and it would be great if you could give me some advice about how to become noticed as a singer? I live in ireland and music is big here but it dosent go far outside the country. Where as i would like to share my music to the world if i am succesfull enough. Im 17 at the moment at I would love to travel abroad to try and get noticed, do you think that qould be a good idea? And if so where would be a good place to get noticed? I know you probley hear this all the time but i have got an strong voice and im very decated to my music. I Would be very thank-full if you where able to take the time out to reply to me.

| That was really helpful thank you xx I am trying to find some way of being in the music industry with my singing however as you know a lot of singers are out there. I just want to be heard and for people to know me for my voice and I want to make people feel the music i will make as if they had written it themselves. Just trying to get in to the industry is sooo hard. I live in a town with no open mike nights, auditions or singing events and I can't afford to pay for online submitions and memberships It will kill me if i never get to where i want to be and i am just another person in the crowd xx Have you got any advise? I am so desperate to be heard xxxx |

| hello. im in school right now and i have wanted to be nothing but a singer for years. i love music more than anything or anyone, but i do not write my own songs. i have tried to but since i dont know how to read or write music, i cant :( and i dont play an instrument but i want to learn. please contact me if you think i have it in me.. i can sing well, i have a good really voice. thankyou :) |

Hi,
You want to perfect your voice, learn to write songs, create an image for yourself as an artist, make a band website, and perform everywhere you can.
You can also use an independent A&R firm such as TAXI.com to help break into a world where connections means everything.
