He's had a software version available for quite some time that works with the KARMA keyboard and now there's a version that works with the Triton as well (KARMA MW and KARMA Triton, respectively). If you mean is there going to be a standalone version that works with any MIDI input, that would be the long rumored KARMA Creator software, but, AFAIK, that's still a ways off. I know he's been quite busy and that something is going to be announced at winter MAMM, but it sounds like another partnership with Korg. He's being very secretive about it, but we'll know soon enough!
FWIW, both KARMA MW and KARMA Triton allow you to access other MIDI deivces through the VMD (Virtual MIDI Driver), but you still have to have a KARMA or Triton too.
