I have just finished recording a song on Protools and it sounds good. However, I can’t seem to mix it down to a professional sound quality. I am interested in paying a professional recording engineer mix down my song. Can anyone tell me what is the average price range for getting a song mixed?
Thank you. |

Before I went and spent money, or more should I say, I would have to ask myself what am I going to do with this recorded piece of work once it is "mixed."
If the answer is "I'll prolly just give a copy to me buds and me mum" then you have two options.
One:
Have some fun and learn to mix the thing yourself.

| Thanks but I have to submit some music to well-established Record Execs and its mandatory for my music to sound professional. I do not have time to deal with a learning curve. Does anyone have a good idea what is a descent price for me to get a song mixed? Thank you. |
