Hi, new guy here, been checking over the forums, lots of info here. I played in a band for over 20 years, quit in the early 90s. Now i would like to find out about this software stuff.
You see, i"m a green horn to all this computer music software stuff. I just got a new computer, a big one, its got a firewire port, tv tuner, usb ports all over. My question is this, a couple years ago i was over to my brother in laws, our lead player, and he had something called band in a box on his computer.
It was pretty cool. I think you could put a cord pattern and it would structure up what ever program you picked out. I haven"t seen it mentioned here. Are these other software programs you guys talk about here do the same thing or are they more complicated? {Sorry for the long winded post but this is all new to me. thanks. |
