| Can anyone tell me the easiest way to record or burn sound onto the dvd writer using the mic input? I do not want to answer a million questions just is it possible to plug into the sound card on the back of the computer and record the incomming to the burner without software. If yes but I need to use Xp software on the computer to operate it how do I save the file of the mic input or what program and where is it located. I have Windows xp, dragon naturally speaking 1994 version, office xp, ultimate digital music starter kit from virgin (not yet istalled) Can anyone help? :roll: :roll: :roll: |

There's a freeware app called Audacity. It's simple , doesnt require much hardware, runs great on xp. The only thing is you will probably have to record and save to hard drive and then burn onto a dvd or whatever. Good luck
