Changes:
- MIDI clock is now transmitted to the plugin and also to the activated MIDI outs
- MIDI clock sync improved and precision now adjustable in config file
("ClockSyncPrecision", range 1..8)
- GUI resizing should now work with Vanguard *and* Wusikstation
- MIDI timer improved - SynthEdit based plugins should now work fine
- GUI redraw speedup
- MIDI port config dialog now has a proper "close" button
- MH extensions work correctly again
The MiniHost extension pack has also been updated to work with the latest
MiniHost, so be sure to update this as well if you still have the old versions.
