Yes mine did that for ages. Most frustrating. You wouldn't be using version 4.8 by any chance?
The problem seemed to fix itself when I upgraded to version 5.5.
That was on the PC platform BTW. I've only just bought a new MAC with version 7. I'm expecting delivery in a couple of weeks!
