Weekly Editor's Choice Award: Power Mixer v1.2
It includes audio mixer, scheduler, On Screen Display, command line support, the ability to store and recall different unlimited presets via one mouse click or system-wide hot keys. This application allows you easily change the sound volume just rotating mouse wheel in the system tray or using keyboard hot keys.
