i am 13 years old and my dream is become a singer(nothing special because im not the only one)  ...umm i started out wanting to become a designer but then i was forced to sing in my church and my father said i should focus on a singing career...my voice is a little scratchy i must admit but im getting better as i practice and worked hard. i went and asked my grandmother should i focus on becoming a singer and she said i started singing in the bath tub when i was 2 and it was music to her ears(i never believed her though). my parents were thinking of putting me in voice lessons. although they never told me if they were or were'nt. but anyway i dream to become a singer and prove to my family that i am capable of doing something and putting my mind to it. from time to time ive been told that i could not sing by my cousins. i wanted to cry every time they told me that but i tried not too. when i first sang a solo in my church people were going around telling me i have a beautiful voice. i felt confident and kept singing. but then a horrible day came when i messed up a song. i started to cry in front of everyone.  i heard some girls laughing at me in the audience. when i was done i went home and cried. then i turned on my Aaliyah CD and realized how perfect her voice was. i kept saying in my head " i wanna be like that" so i got up and started singing my heart out. then everyone in my house came upstairs and watched me(my cousin's still kept saying i could'nt sing but i ignored them that time)................so even if i don't become a singer soon, i pray to become one before my life is over with.....................so what should i do?..oh and to all the people that want to become a singer also take my advice start off small and work your way up because i believe you can make it as much as i believe i can make it  |

My sister knows a guy who is a producer and she's trying to hook me up with him, they are good friends.  I am looking for 2 girls by the age of 12 through 15 for my group.
