I recently scanned a sheet of music and opened it into Finale, however, on the right hand side there are pad locks which I cannot delete. It is imperative that I delete them as I need to make some corrections by erasing some notes that are in the wrong place but the pad locks don't allow me to do so. Does anybody know how to take out the pad locks? I could not find the information in the manuas as I do not know how the pad locks are called.
Thanks a million |

| Thanks, however, when I go to "Edit" in order to "Select All", I cannot do "Select All". It is frustrating, as I purchased the music score, scanned it but need to make a few corrections, as the "Smart Score Lite" is not perfect . The padlock is on and I cannot remove a few notes that are incorrectly placed in order to make it right. |

| If you can't "Select All" then it sounds like you might not have a registered version of Finale - is that the case? |
