Those instruments that has distinct frequencies away from voice frequencies can be removed with Band Pass/Stop Filter in FlexiMusic Wave Editor. But not others.

i answered the inverse to this question the other day, and i must say that anyone who keeps saying you can remove vocals leaving only music, or remove music leaving only vocals, only by using EQ alone - does not know much about audio engineering (this is my hint for the fleximusic person to stop posting bad answers)
anyway, because you're asking this question i'm guessing you don't have the background knowledge in either audio engineering or physics that you'll need for the complete answer (it's a little complex) so instead i'll just point you to an article that tells you how to do it using a popular commercial program - just go to http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/news/1077/ |

| Sorry, may be you misunderstand my previous reply, I did not say that "you can remove all vocals leaving only music", I only said "frequencies away from voice frequencies can be removed with Band Pass/Stop Filter" that is true. |
