| I've been trying to use the recorder in Musicmatch 10 to copy VBR mp3s to my hard drive from CDs, but when I copy them and look at the properties they still say they're the default 128k. Did they disable VBR in this version unless you get the plus version or is there some other reason it won't encode in VBR? If I can't get this problem worked out I guess I'll find an older version since I had no problem before I updated to 10. |

I have also encountered this issue wih the PLUS version of Musicmatch version 10.
Musicmatch Inc, while extending lifetime version upgrades to registered users, only provides technical support for 1 year after registering.
They will not respond to support requests without additional money.
I know so far of 9 people with this same problem, which was reported to Musicmatch who refuses to acknowledge that they have a problem.
The arrogance of the company extends to refusing telephone support requests as well.
A nice product otherwise, but controlled by short-sighted greedy jerks |
