Could somone please help me. I have recently purchased " magix notation 2 " and i'm having a problem getting the bars to do what i want, Eg,I want to write a tune with the first stave consisting of five bars in 6/8 time, The first bar is short containing 2 x 16th notes and then four bars each with 6 x 8th notes.The second stave shall have four bars, the first three bars will have 6 x 8th notes and the fourth bar will have 5 x 8ths with a repeat sighn. the third stave will again ( like the first stave ) have five bars, again with the first bar being just enough to fit an 8th note in, and then four bars with 6 x 8th notes in them. The fourth and final stave will consist of five bars, the first three bars will have 6 x 8th notes the fourth bar will have 7 x 8th notes and a repeat to the start of the third line, and to finish, the fifth bar shall have 7 x 8th notes to make up for the 2 x 16th notes at the start of the tune. So in short i want to be able to put different numbers of bars on different staves. PLEASE HELP. Thanks, steve |
