Sorry BB isn't what you are looking for. Maybe I didn't understand what you wanted. For notation Myrid Melody Assistant is pretty good, and cheep. You might want to take a look at that.

The easiest program by far to make simple, quality drum loops is fruity loops. (a.k.a. FLS www.fruityloops.com)

You can do a lot more than make loops, but it's very good ...
