reverb can be a bit of personal taste - here are a few i think are worth trying to see what you prefer:

you probably already have midi drivers that are installed and will work with windows - just plug it in and it should work. if you get a disk with your usb-midi interface installing the software/driver ...

what do u mean by "midi drivers" - tell us a little more about what you're trying to do with your keyboard and maybe someone here can help

i agree too. i started on cubase 1.0 on atari and quickly learned to do things visually - specially with their drum roll interface.

it's just a genre - it's like asking why 12 bar blues singers still "just woke up this morning" or why country singers are still lamenting the death/dissaperance/leaving of their favorite woman/dog/tr ...
