I think, not totally sure, but I think Fruity Loops (FL Studio) has that in one of the more advanced versions of the program. They have, like: Basic, Advanvced, Producer and XXL or somethin' like that ...

This's a late reply, but for anyone else who wants to convert midis so they'll play on cd, use jetAudio. It converts midis to mp3, wav, etc and exchanges the crappy midi samples with real audio sample ...

For playin' music, I use jetAudio. It's got an auto crossfade thing when you change songs... which is pretty cool.

I use jetAudio. It's a kick ass media player and can also burn, rip and convert files. The basic version of it's free... but that's what I use, and it's still awesome.

Just get Audacity recording software, open the WMA file in it and click "export as mp3".

You probably will need a program for convverting the RSC and RSD files into mp3 format, since I don't think the default media players work with RSC/RSD files.
