Software Description

MP3 Decoder also can be used solely as a playlist generator. The decode file list can be saved as a winamp playlist for MP3 playback. MP3 Decoder offers a very sophisticated interface that was designed for features, functionality, and ease of use. Most every aspect of the program is customizable.

Sound Forge can do this but the files arent exactly regular midi files, they are converted into Sound Forge's own type of midi file and i am not sure exaclty what they are, but i know that the only way you can play these files is in Sound Forge.
