BigEars is easy-to-use ear training software. Beginning ear training students will find that BigEars contains the basic material they need to know: intervals, triads, and the major scale and all its modes. Those ready for more of an ear training challenge can dig into the entire pallet of 24 scales in BigEars, including all the modes of the harmonic and melodic minor scales and four symmetric scales. Moreover, you'll find modules dedicated to 7th chords, 9th chords and a special module for dominant chords with many extensions and alterations. Chords are voiced the way a pianist would actually play them! Excellent ear training tool, especially for jazz students or those seeking to expand their harmonic pallet.
