ok...a friend of mine has a karaoke machine...she works in a club and has some good equipment...if I have a cd burner...can I burn cdg's to an audio disc to play in her machine?

: CDG is not the same as CDR. CDG is CD audio plus Graphics. On a CDG the graphics are text that shows the lyrics of the song. If you are looking to make back ups of CDG's there is an excellent program called Disc Juggler. It is made by a company called Padus http://www.padus.com/

The combination of the Plex Writer 16/10/40A and Disc Juggler will be perfect for you to make backups of your CDG's. One note. they give a list of compatible drives that recignise CDG's

it's easy to convert them you just need to download a converter from www.download.com or if you have mgi video suite that can do it for you.

But i need help with just using the softwere can any one help because i helped use.

:You need to check out Roxio.com. Roxio makes a program called Toast Titanium if you have a Mac or they call it Easy CD Creator 5 if you have a PC. Either of these programs will record video CDs. What I would like to know is what program you used to make the videos in the first place. I would appreciate it if you could let me know E-mail djgshow@aol.com thanks,

What I don't know how to do is to convert kar files to avi or mpeg files.

Use a utility to convert your KAR file into a WAV file.

VCDs...My new kodak makes MOV files. I want to conver them to VCD. Anyone know an app that will do that?
